Josh is someone dedicated to improving the fitness and health of Motorsport Athletes. Being such a specific sport it really requires someone who knows the sport which is what separates Josh from most other personal trainers. 1 Percent performance doesn’t just look after you in the gym but also with your diet and recovery both at the racetrack and every other day of the week. To be an ambassador for 1 Percent performance in 2019 I’m extremely excited to see how far I can push my fitness as I’ve only been working with Josh for a year and have already seen such a massive change within myself.
Josh and I have made some great progress over the years and it has definitely had a lot to do with the success I've had in and out of the race car. In a game where you need every last little inch to be successful, I believe Webb Performance is leading the pack.
I have been training with Josh (Webb Performance) for three years now. I started off thinking I was fairly fit but he has taken my fitness and training to the next level. Not only did he make me fitter and strong but also made me more conscious on how to stay on top of my diet and manage my health over a race weekend.
My programs were always based around race specific stuff and incorporating what my body needs. This has definitely helped my racing.
The Webb Performance team have been a pivotal part of my racing program in 2016 and they have helped me become a better driver in the car both physically and mentally. The training is always fresh and exciting and it definitely helps you keep motivated during those long weeks. Really looking forward to building on what we have achieved in the years to come.
