Chris spent years as a high-performance athlete and coaching personal trainers — seeing elite performance from both sides. Competing at high levels, then helping talented coaches serve their clients. He knew what top performers needed: not another program, but a complete system that matched their 1% mindset.

When Chris started optimising his own performance, he collected all the data. HRV, macros, bloodwork, structured programs. But nothing connected. Training didn't adjust to recovery. Nutrition didn't change with training phases. Data sat unused.

Josh approached the same problem from a different angle — genomic precision. A high-performance athlete himself with exercise science expertise, he specialised in DNA blueprint integration and genomic wellness. While others followed generic programs, Josh analysed how individual genetics influence training response, recovery capacity, and optimisation. He kept seeing athletes with perfect programming who ignored what their unique biology was telling them.

When we met, we realised we'd identified the same gap: integration.
